My Approach

My work combines clinical hypnotherapy with a psychologically informed approach and breathing techniques.

With a Master’s degree in Psychology and a degree in Social Work, along with over 20 years of experience, I focus on helping you:

  • calm the nervous system
  • reduce physical tension and reactivity
  • change unhelpful patterns
  • support the body’s natural regulation
