Supporting a range of mind–body and stress-related conditions
Many physical conditions are influenced by the way the mind and body respond to stress, tension and ongoing patterns.
If you have been living with a condition that feels persistent or difficult to manage, you are not alone. For many people, addressing the mind–body connection can create meaningful change.
At Hypnotherapy Dunedin, I work with people to support the body’s natural ability to regulate, settle and respond differently. I offer a confidential, professional and personalised approach tailored to your individual needs.
You May Relate To One Or More Of These
- symptoms that worsen with stress or emotional pressure
- ongoing tension in the body
- sensitivity to noise, light or physical sensations
- difficulty relaxing or switching off
- disrupted sleep or fatigue
- frustration with symptoms that don’t fully resolve
