Hypnotherapy for Stopping Smoking and Vaping
Stopping smoking or changing a habit can feel daunting, even when you know it is the right thing to do.
If you have tried to stop before, you are not alone. Many people find that willpower alone is not enough — but lasting change often comes from working with the mind, not against it.
At Hypnotherapy Dunedin, I work with people to change the patterns and associations that keep habits in place, helping create a more natural and lasting shift. I offer a confidential, professional and personalised approach tailored to your individual needs.
You May Relate To One Or More Of These
- wanting to stop, but finding yourself going back to the habit
- relying on smoking or vaping to manage stress
- feeling stuck in a cycle of stopping and starting
- reaching for habits automatically without thinking
- frustration or disappointment in yourself
“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”
