My Approach
My work combines clinical hypnotherapy with a psychologically informed approach and breathing techniques.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology and a degree in Social Work, along with over 20 years of experience, I focus on helping you:
- understand and change unhelpful patterns
- regulate emotional responses, including anger
- improve communication and confidence
- feel calmer and more secure within relationships
My approach is warm, non-judgmental and confidential, creating a safe space to explore and make change.
