If you are experiencing anxiety, you are not alone.
Many physical conditions are influenced by the way the mind and body respond to stress, tension and ongoing patterns.
If you have been living with a condition that feels persistent or difficult to manage, you are not alone. For many people, addressing the mind-body connection can create meaningful change.
At Hypnotherapy Dunedin, I work with people to support the body’s natural ability to regulate, settle and respond differently. I offer a confidential, professional and personalised approach tailored to your individual needs.

- symptoms that worsen with stress or emotional pressure
- ongoing tension in the body
- sensitivity to noise, light or physical sensations
